Before making virtual product payments at retail outlets, consumers need to pay attention to the terms and conditions at each retail outlet. Here are the terms and conditions for making payments at retail outlets:

• Consumers can make payments through Retail outlets for a minimum transaction of IDR 10,000 (Ten thousand rupiah) and a maximum transaction of IDR 5,000,000 (Five million rupiah), or according to the terms of the Cooperation Agreement between the MST and Biller. This payment includes the admin / transaction fee.
• Payment via retail outlets will be subject to administrative fees in accordance with the provisions of the respective retail outlets.
• Payment methods that can be done are cash, debit cards, e-money. (Credit cards cannot be used for payment of virtual products.)
• For payments where the consumer has received a payment receipt, it cannot be canceled.
