Backend/Frontend Programmer

Job description

Complete work on target, on time.
Use and create a Web Service API
Using GIT source code versioning
Make code that is flexible, safe, re-usable, and well-commenting

Requirement

Familiar with Micro Service
Able to use and create Web Service API
Accustomed to using GIT source code versioning
Having knowledge of making code that is flexible, re-usable, and well-commenting
Mastering the MySQL database or PostgresSQL
Has more value when mastering one (Go, gRPC, Java, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, ASP. Net Core, JS Node, Angular, React, Vue)
Minimum 2 years experience in the field.
Preferably (Position Level) Specialized in IT / Computer - Software or equivalent

Job description

Protecting the company from the legal aspect
Smooth processing related to legal aspects
Take care of HGB - HGU of company assets
Create and evaluate TDP, NPWP, and API licensing
Registering patents to IPR
Guard business development (related to the agreement)

Requirement

S1 Education
Have a minimum of 3 years experience
Have knowledge of civil and criminal law
Able to operate computer
Be able to draft agreements
Able to proceed in court
Able to communicate both internally and externally
Have the ability to analyze existing problems
Being able to provide input and consideration that does not harm the company
Providing advice and the legality of all work contract agreements with clients, partners or third parties
